Availability

We work across a wide range of events and client needs, so we value freelancers who can offer:

  • Availability during standard US business hours, with flexibility when project timelines require it

  • Ability to travel for onsite event work (where applicable)

  • Willingness to support onsite events with early mornings, evenings, or weekend event days

  • Reliable responsiveness during active projects

  • A suitable remote working setup (laptop, stable internet, etc.)
